- Description:
- This session deals with the contribution of primary intracerebral haemorrhage (ICH) to stroke and discusses the primary sites and the known causes. The session will distinguish ICH arising from underlying conditions. Brainstem haemorrhage secondary to transtentorial herniation will be discussed as well as the use of various imaging modalities to elucidate a complete diagnosis.
