The Delivering Harm Free Care project, in partnership with the Department of Health's Safe Care workstream, consists of several short e-learning sessions which focus on strategies to reduce harm in hospitals and community settings. It is designed to support the Department's quality improvement programme, called ‘Safety Express’, which helps the NHS to work towards the shared aim of dramatically reducing harm to all patients.
