It is sometimes difficult to define and/or assess professionalism. A true professional puts the needs of patients first and acts in an ethical way. In addition, they respect their clinical peers and the wider dental team. Module 11 looks at all these issues; guidance on professionalism and how to be professional is given. Case studies are used to give wider understanding of the issues.
