This summary guide has been taken from the NHS England Dynamic Support and Care (Education) and Treatment review policy (NHSE, 2023).

It is there to support everyone to implement Care (Education) and Treatment reviews; Experts by Experience – carers and people with learning disabilities, Clinical Advisers, Commissioners, Provider Services and Professionals, Tribunal Services and Legal Representation, Health and Social Service staff, people with a lived experience and family members.

NHS England is currently working to develop new elearning sessions to support with C(E)TR delivery. In the meantime, previous elearning sessions based on the 2015 policy have been retired.
