This session has been designed for trainees, practice supervisors, educational supervisors and educational programme directors who undertake workplace assessments of:
• Foundation pharmacists
• Pre-registration pharmacists
• Medicines management technicians
• Pre-registration trainee pharmacy technicians
The focus of this session is on its use in the Foundation Pharmacist Programme but the principles can be applied to all trainee groups above.
This session outlines how the MRCF tool should be used in practice to assist practitioners and members of staff to develop their consultation skills. - Hierarchy:
