- This e-learning session will introduce you to the supervision model developed by the NHS England Supervision Taskforce, its evidence base and application to contemporary midwifery practice. A certificate is available on completion as evidence for re-validation and educational development. This session is an introduction to the role of Professional Midwifery Advocate (PMA) and further training is required to be accredited as a PMA.
