The Mental Health Crisis Management programme is made up of a series of video clips which show patients talking about their own experiences of living with mental health; their thoughts and feelings on how they are helped or hindered by the individuals involved in their diagnosis, treatment, care and support. The rationale being that users can reflect upon their own roles working and views when dealing with patients with a mental health condition. Before commencing this programme, you should have a basic knowledge of mental health conditions.

The second section of the programme is made up of a collection of mental health awareness modules which focus on mental health and emergency care staff. Predominately the sessions were designed for Paramedic staff however a lot of the information provided will relate to those involved in mental health from a crisis management perspective or an emergency setting.
