As a replacement for the whole of the Mental Capacity and Consent programme, we have now introduced the new Mental Capacity Act e-learning programme which you can registered for via the e-LfH hub.
This session will cover the key elements of the Mental Capacity Act 2005, and outlines what you need to know when dealing with a person who has lost their mental capacity for decision making. - Hierarchy:
