This programme addresses the requirement for training to support organisations in a variety of areas, including: their mortality governance; how they launch and handle investigations; maintaining a robust quality improvement strategy; embedding safety culture into their organisations; and understanding the impact of human factors on staff performance and behaviour. The content in this programme provides uniformity and relates directly to the good working approaches included in the guide produced by the CQC. It consists of 6 e-learning sessions.
