This learning pathway contains the five statutory and mandatory training sessions which all Health Education England (HEE) staff are required to complete. If you also have a clinical role you will need to complete other statutory and mandatory training sessions as required by that role.
The five statutory and mandatory topics for HEE staff are:
Fire Safety - Level 1
Equality, Diversity and Human Rights - Level 1
Health, Safety and Welfare - Level 1

This programme covers the statutory and mandatory training required and meets the relevant learning outcomes in the UK Core Skills Training Framework (UK CSTF).
Each session has a number of ‘knowledge check’ questions throughout to aid your understanding of the subject. Upon completion of each session, an eAssessment should be completed to demonstrate the required knowledge and understanding and to complete the training. You may choose to complete the eAssessment prior to reviewing the e-learning sessions; and if you pass, you do not need to complete the sessions.
Please note that your organisation may require you to undertake further training. - Hierarchy:
