Session information

- The Mental Health Act
- Description:
- This session is aimed at a universal audience. The law around providing treatment for mental health problems can be complicated, especially when it comes to children and young people. It is vital that professionals providing care and treatment to children and young people are aware of who is agreeing to them delivering that care. It could be the young person themselves, their parents or the law can be used. This session is designed to help professionals working with children and young people understand these different options, and when to use them.
