This e-learning of specially designed and selected modules aims to provide all NHS staff with a clear and consistent understanding of the basics of project and change management activities, to enable them to effect successful change.
The NHS Project Profession attracts, develops and retains project professionals and practitioners; ensuring the NHS has the capacity and capability to deliver sustainable change for the benefit of patients.
All the sessions are aimed at anyone working across the NHS who either has an interest in project and change management, or, is currently in a project related role but does not hold any sort of qualification in this subject matter. - Created:
