e-ELCA ULHT Learning Path: Core plus learning for all other healthcare staff YEAR 2

Description:

It has been agreed by the Medical Director and Head of Nursing at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT) that e-Learning sessions on end of life care will form part of the core plus training requirement for all clinical staff. There are over 150 end of life care sessions available. These have been reviewed by the Specialist Palliative Care Team and the most appropriate sessions identified. The aim is for doctors to complete 2 sessions each year on a 5 year programme (10 sessions in all), and for other healthcare professionals to complete 2 sessions each year on a 3 year programme (6 sessions in all). There is no reason why you cannot go on to complete the rest of the selected sessions, and other sessions within the e-ELCA programme which you would like to look at.
