This programme will enable staff to plan and develop their cancer nursing career through the completion of e-learning sessions aligned to Cancer Nursing Career and Education Framework.
The aim is to explore the potential to develop hospital site-specific pathway information. We will measure the impact of this cancer-focused education programme on staff (confidence, attitude, engagement with patients, referral to CNS, career opportunities), patients (experience, satisfaction and referral to specialist staff) and workforce (satisfaction at work, retention, promotion). - Created:
