As a replacement for the whole of the Mental Capacity and Consent programme, we have now introduced the new Mental Capacity Act e-learning programme which you can registered for via the e-LfH hub.
The Mental Capacity Act (MCA) protects the rights of vulnerable people and outlines the responsibilities of those who care for them. This session will consider the needs of vulnerable people and guidance for staff working with them. - Hierarchy:
