This programme is aimed at GPs, pharmacists and non-specialist clinicians who care for patients with atrial fibrillation. The programme aims to improve participants knowledge of how to assess a patients stroke risk and suitability for anticoagulation therapy as well as educating participants on how to initiate and monitor anticoagualtion therapy, including patient counselling.
