The NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) e-learning programme has been designed to enhance and develop the knowledge and application of NHS CHC by all health and care practitioners involved in the process and to provide a uniform approach to a national standard.
The e-learning programme aims to support health and care practitioners in understanding and achieving competency in the referral and full assessment pathway component of the NHS CHC service.
The programme is recommended for new starters; existing health and care staff who are completing additional hours; those who are on secondment, and those who are funded through the COVID-19 Hospital Discharge 19 March scheme.
Access to this programme may also be considered for existing NHS CHC workforce who require refresher training.
A separate section is available for administration and care package brokerage staff, supporting the restoration and recovery period, and setting minimum standard training requirements for them. - Created:
