This Programme was developed in response to the Covid-19 pandemic to enable health care staff (both registered and non-registered), fitness professionals and carers to manage the recovery and rehabilitation of people after Covid-19.

It comprises four sessions which are interlinked to provide an overall recovery and rehabilitation programme following COVID-19:
