Healthier Weight Competency Framework (HWCF)

Description:

The HEE Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) team undertook a piece of discovery work with a supplier to conduct a series of user research activities to understand the needs and expectations around digitalising competency frameworks for the health and care workforce. It was envisaged that if the healthier weight competency framework were to be digitalised then it would be possible for individuals to measure their competence against the framework, for this to be recorded and for e-learning to be signposted. These records could then be reviewed, to support individuals, team and regional education decisions.
