These sessions provide leadership theory within an Emergency Medicine context and covers topics such as: leadership and culture, leading the EM service, leading people, quality within healthcare, how to lead change and how to work strategically to addresses the challenges faced within a modern Emergency Department.
Many of the sessions cover topics such as communication, safety, developing pathways, etc. Guidance on this can be found in the EMLeaders Framework document.
It is recommended to complete the Core EMLeaders sessions before starting these, as they provide foundational theory/knowledge for the topics covered here.
