The CYP programme seeks to acknowledge the impact of the broadened scope and role for professionals in paediatrics and Emergency departments in meeting the needs of this patient population. This domain highlights and reinforces areas of support for resilience, self-care, supervision and reflection, in the hope the programme can offer access to material that validates and understands these experiences.
