The Fit Note (FIT)

Description:

This course has been developed by the joint Work and Health Unit (Department for Health and Social Care and Department for Work and Pensions) to support eligible health care professionals to certify a fit note. The course explains the importance of good work for good health and how the fit note can be used to support good quality work and health conversations. Eligible healthcare professionals should successfully complete this course (achieve a minimum of 80% in the final assessment before certifying and issuing a fit note).
