Responding Positively When Behaviours are Seen as Challenging
Session information
- Title:
- Responding Positively When Behaviours are Seen as Challenging
- Description:
-
This session introduces positive behaviour support (PBS), an evidence based approach to meeting the needs of people whose behaviours are seen by others as challenging.
The word order ‘disabled children and young people’ is used in this and all the Disability Matters sessions. This is because disabling factors are most often external to the person and are therefore something that everyone in society can do something about.
