Description:

This course comprises of 5 health inequalities e-learning sessions corresponding to 5 clinical priority areas which have been identified as having the potential for making the greatest advances in meeting our NHS Long-Term Plan commitments and addressing greatest health inequalities. Core20PLUS5 is a national NHS England and NHS Improvement approach to support the reduction of health inequalities across the following clinical areas:

- Maternity
- Severe mental illness (SMI)
- Chronic respiratory disease
- Early cancer diagnosis
- Hypertension case-finding

Each session will give you the opportunity to explore the fundamentals of the clinical area, and how you as a practitioner can help to reduce the health inequalities within that area.
