It looks at how, without new approaches, ideas and solutions, an organisation can potentially stagnate and eventually cease to exist. This module also encourages the learner to try different techniques to produce new innovative ideas.
Objectives:
• Understand what is meant by 'innovation'
• Learn about where innovative ideas come from
• Use a technique to encourage creative ideas
• Understand barriers to creative thinking and resistance to innovation
