This 3-part interactive elearning series is designed to provide an overview of the importance of oral health with reference to general wellbeing and its promotion and common oral diseases, their aetiology and associated risk factors.  It introduces the 'Delivering better oral health toolkit' (DBOHT) and its use in supporting oral health promotion in the workplace.



The importance of a structured approach to promoting oral health will be presented including tips on recognising and overcoming barriers that may influence success. The focus will be on introducing techniques which dental care professionals (DCPs), would find useful along with tips on exploring and implementing the 'why and how' technique.
